P & C Association
The P & C Association is made up of parents and citizens who would like to be part of their school community by helping to raise funds for extra resources and programs.
The role of this group is:
To raise funds to provide for specific projects that are important for the students’ educational development.
Encourage parents to participate and become involved in the school in as many ways as possible.
The meetings are held approximately once a month. Membership of $1.00 enables you to participate in voting. A donation of $5.00 per family is welcomed to assist with fundraising and this can be paid when you receive your book list at the start of the school year. The school encourages parent help. It is a wonderful way to see how the school operates first hand, in a fun, motivating and relaxed environment.
An AGM is held during first term where all office bearer roles are voted on and a new committee is elected each year. Dates and times of these meetings is published in the school newsletter and on the Planner. Everyone is welcome to attend.
